Question: What is the last book that made you cry? Tell us about the scene...
Answer: There have been so many books that have made me start bawling like a baby. And to be honest, it's not usually when someone dies. It's more when the protagonist finally becomes who she was destined to be, and stands up for herself and the people she loves. The last two scenes that made me cry were in The Assassin and the Empire by Sarah J. Maas and in Stormdancer by Jay Kristoff. The scene that made me cry in The Assassin and the Empire, was near the ending when Caelena, the protagonist, got caught. No matter what sadistic things her enemies did to her, no matter how hard they tried to break her, she never gave in. She survived against all odds, and it was just so beautiful and awe inspiring! If you haven't read Stormdancer, then you'll have absolutely no clue what I'm talking about next. But let's just say that the one battle when Yukiko and Buruu fought as one was undeniably amazing. Plus, I had my favorite music playing
in the background which made it all the more epic!
